Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PushOff mobile app, website, and related services. By using PushOff, you agree to these terms.

PushOff is a fitness competition app. These terms cover your account, how you may use the service, subscriptions, and important legal terms including disclaimers and limitation of liability.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PushOff, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PushOff.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PushOff. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app by navigating to Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
3. PushOff Pro — Subscriptions and Payments
PushOff Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription offering two options:
- PushOff Pro Monthly — billed monthly, auto-renews each month.
- PushOff Pro Annual — billed annually, auto-renews each year.
Subscription prices are displayed in the app before purchase and are subject to change. Current pricing is available in the app at the time of purchase.
Subscription billing terms (Apple App Store):
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. PushOff does not issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.
4. License to Use PushOff
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PushOff for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of PushOff.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use PushOff for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to PushOff systems or another user's account.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of PushOff.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with PushOff in ways that distort gameplay, leaderboards, or match results.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
6. Fitness and Health Disclaimer
PushOff is a fitness and entertainment app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before beginning any exercise program, consult a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have any medical conditions or injuries.
Push-up rep counting uses AI-based pose estimation and is designed to be accurate but may not be perfect. PushOff is not responsible for injuries resulting from following rep counts or training guidance in the app.
7. Camera and Pose Detection
You grant PushOff permission to use your device camera while the app is active to detect body position and count push-up reps. In live battle modes, limited pose and rep information may be transmitted to match participants in real time to enable the live competition feature.
8. Intellectual Property
PushOff and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PushOff and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from PushOff without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers
PushOff is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that PushOff will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy of any rep counts, match results, or fitness data.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PushOff and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, personal injury, or property damage arising out of or related to your use of PushOff, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to PushOff at any time for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, PushOff, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time through the account deletion option in the app (Settings → Delete Account). Account deletion is irreversible.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of PushOff after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
