This Privacy Policy explains how PushOff collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile app, website, and related services.

PushOff is a fitness competition app. We use information to operate core features like accounts, AI rep counting, live battles, training history, subscriptions, leaderboards, notifications, squads, and user safety tools.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use PushOff, we may collect:
- Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, username, profile information, and sign-in method.
- Fitness and gameplay data: push-up reps, training sessions, match results, streaks, XP, levels, divisions, achievements, missions, leaderboard stats, and match history.
- User content and social activity: public profile details, squad information, follows/followers, challenges, activity feed items, reports, blocks, and other content you choose to create or share in the app.
- Device and notification information: device identifiers, push notification tokens, notification preferences, and device/app information needed to operate the service.
- Purchase information: subscription status, purchase history, renewal status, and entitlement information. Payments are processed through Apple or Google; we do not receive your full payment card details.
- Diagnostics and support information: information you provide when contacting support and limited technical logs used to troubleshoot app issues.
Camera, Pose Detection, and Live Battles
PushOff uses your device camera to detect body position and count push-up reps during workouts and battles. Pose detection and rep counting are designed to run on-device.
In live battle features, video, snapshots, skeleton/pose information, or rep events may be transmitted in real time so participants can compete and see match progress. We do not use live battle camera data for advertising.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage accounts.
- Count reps, record workouts, and calculate results.
- Power live battles, rematches, training history, rankings, achievements, missions, and squads.
- Send notifications such as challenge invites, streak reminders, match results, achievements, and weekly summaries.
- Provide subscriptions and restore purchases.
- Maintain safety features, including block and report tools.
- Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Tracking and Advertising
PushOff does not sell personal information. PushOff does not use your information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for targeted advertising.
Third-Party Services
PushOff may use trusted service providers to operate the app, such as authentication, cloud storage/database, push notifications, subscriptions, crash reporting, and app infrastructure providers. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to PushOff.
Subscriptions and Purchases
PushOff Pro subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store. We may receive subscription status and entitlement information so we can unlock Pro features and support restore purchases. We do not receive full payment card information.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide PushOff, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain app functionality. Some information, such as public profile content or match history, may remain visible until deleted or until your account is removed, depending on app functionality.
Your Choices
- You can manage notification permissions in your device settings and inside the app where available.
- You can use block and report tools for public profiles and social features.
- You can request account deletion or privacy support by contacting us.
Children
PushOff is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to PushOff, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
